Our Leadership
Shepherds
We are led by 8 wonderful men who serve as shepherds (also called elders, overseers, or bishops depending on the passage and Bible translation). We chose them based on the qualifications given in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. These men are not our CEOs, but rather spiritual examples and overseers serving under the headship of Christ (1 Peter 5:1-4). These men lead, teach, and guide, making group decisions for the best interests of each member of this church (Hebrews 13:17). They are:
Front Row Left to Right: Breck Lovingood, Rickie Jenkins, Gerald Holt, James Pitman
Back Row Left to Right: Martin Henderson, Terry Bennett, Rick Foster, Matt Jones
Deacons
Our deacons (Philippians 1:1) aid our shepherds; these are men also chosen to fill various roles based on their scriptural qualifications (1 Timothy 3:12-16), their abilities, and their willingness to work. Our deacons are:

Preachers
Our two preachers deliver Bible-based, practical sermons each week, as well as conduct public and private Bible studies for both members and those in the community.
Rickie Jenkins: Rickie has been preaching the gospel for 41 years. This is his 29th year with the Campbell Road church. Rickie also serves as one of our shepherds. He married his high school sweetheart, Jody, and they have been married for 45 years. Rickie and Jody have two children and 8 grandchildren.
Jordan Shouse: Jordan has been preaching the gospel since 2009, joining us at Campbell Road in November 2016. Jordan preached for churches in Indiana and Tennessee before moving to Texas. He and his wife Holly were married in 2010, and have two sons and two daughters.
